Shipping Terms & Conditions

United States & Canadian Customers:

• Federal Express orders placed after 3pm EST will be shipped the following business day.
• Federal Express delivery commitment times vary by address. Please visit www.fedex.com for further information.
• Federal Express and McGard are not responsible for any package once it is delivered to its final destination.
• Federal Express and McGard are not responsible for packages delivered late due to a weather related incidents and will not be refunded.
• Federal Express cannot deliver to a P.O. Box, a physical address must be provided to prevent delay or cancellation of orders.
• Alaska and Hawaii- FedEx commitment times may be extended by a day for certain zip codes.  Call FedEx for commitment times in your area.

Canadian Customers:

• Additional taxes/duties may be incurred by the customer upon delivery. McGard does not have control over duty charges in Canada.
